Rated5out of5byAdam the OutdoorsmanfromJust like every other Merrell product...Excellent! I first got hooked on Merrell shoes a few years back and I almost exclusively buy them for whichever void I have to fill. I have a pair of hiking shoes, running flats and now these which are a perfect balance between a running shoe and a cross-trainer. Versatile, comfortable, light-weight and very well made.

Rated5out of5byWalugofromGreat lightweight shoeGreat minimalist trail running shoe. Was having problems with New Balance Minimus Zeros which didn't have enough cushioning for me and were making my feet hurt. Wanted to switch to a shoe with a bit more padding but that still felt like barefoot running. This shoe has worked out great - fits great, is comfortable, is high quality, and my foot pain has gone away.

Rated5out of5byUncleLongHairfromGreat for cross-trainingI got these for Crossfit training. I need a minimal shoe with a low heel for lifting, but something with enough support and traction for running outdoors, and also light weight and snug so it doesn't interfere with jump rope, rope climbs, etc.
My previous shoes were slipper-like, definitely minimal but with no arch support and a slick sole that became very slippery when even a little bit wet, which was dangerous for running in damp weather or when coming indoors from damp/wet outdoors.
These shoes remedy all of these problems, they have good arch and overall support, great traction on any surface, but a flat heel, are very light weight, and fit well. My feet are slightly wide and flat and these fit perfectly, with enough room in the toe box to spread my toes out even when lifting heavy.
The only minor con is that they are very well ventilated, the top is basically a mesh, so when running in cold weather the tops of my feet get a little cold. The flip side is that my feet stay cool in warm weather.
Overall I'm thrilled to find these shoes which are perfect for Crossfit, it's hard to find shoes that meet all of these requirements, and these are reasonably priced as well.

Rated4out of5byWolfmanDavefromA Good Fit For MeI've been suffering from corns on my little toes with my previous pairs of shoes. These shoes have just enough head room in the toes to not bother me. They're lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all of the time, but they don't have any cushion in the sole except for the vibram so they can become tiring after extended periods.

Rated5out of5byBC Trail RunnerfromA Perfect Fit in Every WayThis is exactly the shoe I was hoping to find. It provides that little bit of cushioning and protection from roots and rocks without interfering with the natural foot movements. It is flexible enough to allow me to get great feedback about the surface I am running on. I could not ask for a better shoe for minimalist style runner.

Rated5out of5byjesusfrkfromAwesome shoesI think everyone should do the minimalist shoes. I have tried several, and these are my favorite by far. My wife also wears a female version. She just gave birth to our first child. She had none of the typical back pains during pregnancy, because these types of shoes strengthen muscles, typical shoes allow to get week. I like this brand and model, because they allow me to walk through puddles and not get my feet wet, unlike other minimalist shoes.
