    Comments about Time Xpresso 2 Bike Pedals:

    I purchased and installed these on my Giant Defy 1 road bike. I put about 300 miles on the pedals over the last month and a week until yesterday the cleat fell apart.

    I walked very little on these cleats. I put my shoes on at my vehicle and then return to my vehicle when I'm finished riding.

    The cleat fell apart after only a month and a half of use. I would not recommend any of the TIME Xpresso pedals to anyone as they all use these cleats.

    In addition to the durability issues the pedals do not provide much in the way of feedback to let you know you've actually engaged the locking mechanism. I was going to deal with this minor complaint unit the cleat separated.

    Service and delivery comments:

    REI, as always, was absolutely stellar in taking care of my issue. They had me in and out of the store in 25 minutes with a pair of Shimano R540 pedals installed to replace the unsatisfactory TIME pedals.

    They consistently provide the best retail and online shopping experience of anywhere I shop.
