I do outdoor boot camp in anywhere from 15-50 degrees in wind, rain, snow, sleet...this is an excellent layering piece! I have worn this on many a workout and run in the cold wind and it keeps me warm without having to wear a heavy jacket. I bought it to wear on an Appalachian Trail 5 day backpacking hike and it held up miraculously well for that as well. The sleeves are long, but I am 5'4" and wear a medium
