Excellent, versatile boot. Perfect for dressing up or getting down, this footwear has multiple uses. It is an attractive alternative to swanky, expensive boots. I've worn it dancing, walking in town in the rain, and to the theatre on a cold night. They pair equally well with a dress/skirt or jeans; totally comfortable. The internal zipper makes them look stylish and tapered. Low heel is perfect for hiking or rain walks.

After reading many online reviews stating that these boots run 0.5-1 size small I ordered a 7.5 and an 8 (I usually wear a 7 and have relatively wide feet). The 8s were dramatically mismatched in fit, one was extremely narrow and the other was sloppy. Fortunately the 7.5s did not have this problem. I probably could have downsized to a 7, but decided to keep the larger ones and use thicker socks. My calves are 14" and they fit perfectly even with skinny jeans. The ankles fits fairly snugly so you may have to adjust the seam with boot fit pants. So far they've been extremely comfortable, so much so that they will be accompanying me on a trip to Europe.
