This is great for any season where you want long sleeves. If it's colder, zip it up, if it's warmer, unzip. It's very comfortable and I've been complimented on the look several times. I bought the blue/turquoise one too.

I returned this shirt which I bought in the white color because it is see-through. Anything layered underneath shows through, looking odd with the striking pattern on the shirt which is lovely on its own. And having nothing layered underneath is just too see-through altogether. The sleeves were also much too long on me (I'm 5'3", 127 lbs and fit size sm), but I have short limbs so for tall slim women this is a good style.

I purchased this for casual wear (as opposed to hiking) and I am very pleased. It has a slim and very attractive fit. I bought the turquoise color. You can get a base layer underneath for cooler weather. This brand is consistently good (but expensive!) so if I find their items on sale I am pleased.
