Rated4out of5byRedd Herringfrom4 star pack at good priceAt this price point, this is a great pack. Top middle and bottom loading make it easy to pack. Two gripes: The side pockets are fairly useless. Both sides are small, and split down the middle, so you have 4 shallow small pockets good for ... a granola bar I guess. I stored a fuel bottle, but would not have done so if I hadn't had a friend with backup cooking options. There are also not many lash points if you like to (have to) strap stuff to the outside of you pack. There are pad straps at the bottom, but that's about it. The suspension and padding are very comfortable and I hauled a 35+lb pack on the multi-day hike without any discomfort. All in all, 4 star bag at a very reasonable price.

Rated4out of5byTrail Master NessmukfromGood Product for the PriceI originally bought this pack for my wife so she could come backpacking with me. After she decided she wasn't in to backpacking I was left with her pack. I actually prefer this pack to any of the others I own. Its a little on the small side for anything over 5 days but the padding on the straps and back are awesome. I would say however that the mesh pockets on the side are borderline useless. They are too small to fit a Nalgene bottle and are too exposed to feel safe putting a collapsible water bottle. They are only good for snacks and small items. The top compartment is large enough for two Nalgenes though so that is helpful, otherwise there is almost no room for carrying water. All things considered its a solid pack and has gotten around a 1000 miles with no hiccups.
