EN-tested Mountain Hardwear Lamina 35°F long sleeping bag uses an exclusive insulation designed to provide high loft, durability, softness and compressibility. It's ideal for damp, cold weather.
- European Norm (EN) is an independent third-party temperature rating, allowing accurate comparisons across brands with other EN-rated bags
- Lightweight Thermic Micro™ insulation is manufactured to produce a consistent, dense sheet of insulation that eliminates cold spots
- Made from a combination of hollow and solid staple fibers, the fill has excellent loft retention while also being durable, soft and compressible
- Slightly wide cut gives you extra room to move inside the bag; Comfort mummy cut efficiently maximizes warmth without constriction
- Welding stabilizes the fill without sewing through the bag, eliminating moisture penetration points and maximizing loft
- Insulation is laid in a wave shape, enhancing loft and increasing thermal efficiency; offset welds increase stability and loft
- Insulated draft tube extends to bottom of bag to eliminate cold spots
- Face gasket and ergonomic draft collar seal out cold air
- Full-length, 2-way zipper with locking slider is backed by wide, antisnag binding tape
- Insulated zipper gusset seals in warmth at base of zipper
- Comfort footbox is shaped to allow feet to rest naturally; shape preserves loft and allows insulation to drape closer to feet for more warmth

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Lamina +35 Sleeping Bag - Long - 2012 Closeout:
Packs small, dimensions as advertised. Was warm down to 35 degrees. Was a bit warm at 45 degrees on a different trip. It is a mummy bag, so not roomy. Very light. At 6'2", I needed the LONG version (which I had purchased). The stuff sack should fit in any internal or external frame pack. It is not particularly wide at the girth, but was OK for my thin shoulders. I would have preferred two zipper pulls, one for outside, one for inside. This bag has only one pull that will go inside and outside. You have to remember to bring the pull inside if you want that. I'd just like two pulls, so it only gets four stars.
