      The interval just rocks! I bought my first one over two years ago and it's still going! I recently bought a backup, just in case. Swimming long sessions and staring at lane lines is way more enjoyable with this guy. My iPod shuffle has been totally fine, too. If you swim, this is your new best friend in the pool. Could probably be rigged on a headlamp or visor for running/hiking too.
