I have been using this for a week now, and it is amazing! I am doing a high-intensity workout called INSANITY, and this watch and HRM has been dead on with my heart rate. With this workout and other extreme cardio workouts it is imperative that you know what your heart rate is at all times. With this product that can be done. I have tried other HRM watches without the chest strap and they are all worthless. If you want a reliable HRM, you need one with a chest strap. At the price point, this is the best deal available!!!
