I really did want to love these boots, but then when I tried to put them on they were SO tight, especially in the calves. I don't have large calves, but there was no way I could wear these with thick socks or jeans tucked in.

These boots arrived quickly and I ordered one size larger than what I wear so I could use my thick fluffy sox on super cold days. These boots were comfy right out of the gate and nice & warm in our snow! Thank you REI & Teva!!

We bought these for our daughter (at University) for Christmas. We bought her normal size, but they were too small, particularly with thick socks.
We traded those in (REI is so great to work with on this type of thing!!!), and got her a size too big.
Well, after many nasty snowstorms this winter, she adamantly claims that they are her all-time favorite winter boot. She says she wears them every day the temps get below 20 (a real change from when she wore flip-flops in the snow to high school ...)
She loves these boots. She gives them highest marks!

Love these. Got them when they were the deal of the day. I have received many compliments on them. They are comfortable, I have wide feet with a high instep so it is hard to find boots that feel good. I wore them when it was icy out, with no slipping. I have them in the grey color, wish I had them in every color.
