    I recently had a toenail permanently removed and was having some chaffing from wearing a silicone toe cover. My sister swears by toe shoes, so I thought I would find a happy medium. I run daily and was apprehensive to switch to a new sock. After my first run I was very impressed. Having all of my toes seperated really helped me self-correct my gait. You really can feel a difference. My toes were not rubbing against each other and the socks stayed perfectly in place (no sliding). I bought three pairs and will probably get 3 more to last all week. Who knew?
