The Keen Haven CNX cross-training shoes are built for multisport adventures. With a reduced width and volume, they're lighter and sleeker than the original Keen shoe, but every bit as rugged.

    • Breathable nylon mesh uppers feature synthetic textile overlays for lightweight support
    • Dri-Lex® nylon linings are moisture wicking and quick drying for all-day comfort
    • Contoured topsoles feature metatarsal ridges just behind the toes for enhanced fit and feel; molded arches supply light support
    • Thin polyurethane midsoles have a 4mm heel-to-toe drop to encourage natural movement while also offering light cushioning underfoot
    • Thermoplastic urethane shanks supply stability and support for tackling uneven terrain
    • Nonmarking rubber outsoles on the Keen Haven CNX shoes feature multidirectional flex grooves with razor siping for enhanced traction on slick surfaces

Comments about Keen Haven CNX Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:

This is a good shoe for hiking/walking around parks in the area. Fine for running on treadmill. Hurt my feet after walking and running on sidewalk for awhile. For the most part a great trail shoe, so light but not a good concrete running shoe.

Comments about Keen Haven CNX Cross-Training Shoes - Women's:

The durability and comfort (wide toe box) I love from KEEN but without the clunkiness. I have a wide forefoot and narrow heel and these seem to be built just for people like me. I wear them all the time and for everything, from the quick trip to the market to short hikes on moderately difficult terrain. NOT GREAT traction. The tread is a little disappointing, but you can't have everything. Or you can, but not all at once.

A solid, comfortable shoe. I would buy them again.
