Comments about Merrell Dash Glove Road-Running Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
Comfortable right out of the box. Even as a minimalist shoe, the sole provides great protection, although there's a bit of a traction problem on wet surfaces. This shoe is water resistant yet breathable-perfect for year-round L.A. weather. No problem for me on rocky, unpaved trails. I have very narrow ankles, a medium-to-wide ball, typical woman's foot. I wear an 8 street shoe and find there's plenty of room in an 8 in the Dash, even with Wrightsocks or Adidas running no-show socks.
BTW, the new version of the Dash fits the same.
I have 3 pair of the Dash Glove and 3 pair of the Pace. Both are the next best thing to going barefoot.

Comments about Merrell Dash Glove Road-Running Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
This is my 2nd pair of Merrel Dash Gloves. They're a nice step up from the Vibrams- The Vibrams would usually leave a nice bruise on my big toe after running, the Merrels required no "breaking in" whatsoever and left no bruises or aches in my feet after my runs. They wash well in the light cold cycle & air-dried with no shrinkage. Love these shoes!

Comments about Merrell Dash Glove Road-Running Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
I've mostly used these shoes in the gym, for training and biking. I also use them for running and they're great on gravel, dirt, and asphalt/concrete.
I have wide feet and these fit fantastic.

Comments about Merrell Dash Glove Road-Running Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
These shoes are comfortable and light. I needed some running shoes for when its too cold to wear running sandals. There is plenty of toe room, and zero arch! The laces are a little short, which makes it difficult to keep tied. I only wish that the sole was a little more thin. Otherwise, these are the most comfortable shoes!

Comments about Merrell Dash Glove Road-Running Shoes - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
I bought these shoes in black, for walking and jogging, on roads and trails. They are the most comfortable shoes I own and I wear them for everything. It took several weeks of ramping up distance to get my feet strong enough to be comfortable walking for many hours in them. Yoga does wonders for strenghtening the foot muscles to help this along. Now I don't want to take these off. The only negative in our climate is these can't be used for wet sloppy walks.
