The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Merrell Mix Master Move Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
These are extremely comfortable for every day use if one likes to go bare footed, and I do. I love feeling like I have nothing on my feet but some protection. If you are looking for lots of arch support or a lot of cushion or a high heal then look elsewhere. The only thing amiss for me is that part of the sole has started to delaminate after only about ten days of wearing them in the city only - no trails at all, so I will try and return them for another pair. Bottom line - if you want that barefoot feel these (or the other trail version with bigger lugged soles) are a terrific choice.

They feel good on my feet don't care for the low rise aspect I'm used to sneakers but they still get the job done.

Comments about Merrell Mix Master Move Cross-Training Shoes - Men's:
I've used a wide range of running shoes over the years, and I've come to most appreciate the "minimalist" running style that still has some amount of cushioning. This time around, I tried on at least 7 pairs at REI before choosing the MixMaster Move.
It's an excellent, well-made shoe that hits all the right needs for me. The toebox is really roomy - I was worried that I might get blisters from my foot being able to move around, but so far that hasn't been an issue, and I'm doubtful it will be a problem. It's nice to have a shoe that doesn't lock a foot into place and restrict movement. The amount of cushioning is "just right" for my running style. The Vibram outsole still shows minimal signs of usage/wear, and I'm sure it will outlast the upper for me.
I've worn them a few times with jeans as casual footwear, and they've received great comments for their looks as casual footwear also.
