    I'm used to the minimalist style shoe, starting out with the vibram five fingers. I really like these because they look like 'normal' shoes. Since Vibram makes the soles on these they feel very similar to the five fingers. The bottoms do wear out kind of quickly. I've only ran in these a little on the road and I can already see the wear on them. I also have friends who have these and in wet weather they slip and slide around. I mainly use these for working out and running.

    I only give them a 4 because I had to return my first pair because the stitching was coming out of the toe area.

      Great shoe, very comfortable. Just started crossfit and this shoe helps me stay stable while lifting weights and doing squats and all that business. Still good for running. I've tried the vibram five fingers which I can't get used to but these are a great minimal shoe alternative to those. I have only had them for about a month so i cant tell yet as to if they will last for a long time but i hope so!
