I bought this for a trip to the Bay Area and it was awesome as an outer layer at the windy Marin Headlands. I put it over my light fleece jacket and it was perfect. I wear a sm/exsmall and the small was perfect...I could layer about 4 things underneath, but it's still not too big to wear with a t-shirt. Great buy! :)
