Comments about Patagonia Piton Fleece Pullover - Women's:

I used this on a backpacking trip in the San Juan mountains during the summer, and it held up fantastically. It's very warm and comfortable, but does not take up too much space.
It may be slightly dorky, but I also enjoy wearing it for casual purposes while living in society.
I'm about 125lbs, 5' 4'', and I own a medium. It's slightly roomy, but just the way I like it.
Definitely recommend this product!
