I added this to my winter arsenal recently. I started out using it when I walked my dogs, and then continued using it when I run. I ran a 5K race this past Sunday wearing. 42 degrees, high wind, and my ears stayed comfy the whole time.

It does a great job of keeping sweat out of my face, but the drawback to that is that you will want to take it off pretty quickly after your exercise. Keep a spare handy, or a dry hat. This headband does dry quickly in my experience, so you will be able to use it again soon - and you will want to!
