    I read an online article before purchasing these shoes that warned they create significant blisters. I ignored the advice as I consider myself an experienced runner - including barefoot style shoes. That was a mistake; these shoes create unusual blisters on the outside of your foot as well as the typical area around your big toe. They're extremely uncomfortable on a run longer than 6 miles. I can't pinpoint why, I suspect it's due to the curvature of the laces. I'd go with a different pair.
