        Comments about Zoot Performance Tri 6" Shorts - Women's:

        I love these shorts. I was hesitant to even try them on, because I've experience bad cases of 'sausage legs' from Zoot shorts before, but the thigh cuff on these is very comfortable and very flattering- it doesn't cut in at all. Rather than having a hard elastic band at the opening, it's a more forgiving bit of stretchiness to keep it where it's supposed to be. The length is good; I have pretty long legs and these hit at a good spot. On a more petite woman they'd probably look a little longer, but I think the length would still be good/flattering. The rise is a bit lower than other shorts I've had and worn, which may be an issue for women with some junk in the trunk (I mean that in the most flattering way) if they're riding in an aero position. Just make sure you sunscreen your lower back! Nice breathable material, comfortable fleece chamois. Mine are holding up well; I've worn them a handful of times and wash them with everything else in the machine and hang them dry. They've got a small pocket perfect for a gel or two, which is also nice.
