Love it, works awesome. The only thing I would change is the mounting. I wish it had a permanent mount and just the light could be removed. I don't like leaving the light on the bike all day while I am at work and the strength of the silicon strap that mounts it to the seat post worries me, I just hope I am not wearing it out taking it on and off everyday. Otherwise I love it and would purchase again regardless, that's how well it works.

I could not use the product. I tried charging the product overnight. I tried turning on the light in the morning, but it did not work. I continued to charge it during the day while I was at work. When I came home, it still would not power on. I returned it to REI in San Antonio. The cashier looked at it and noticed the battery contacts were corroded.

This light is very bright, easy to use, and rechargeable. The only flaw I have found is that the mount is not very versatile. It consists of a rubber band with a metal latch that locks in place. Whatever part of the bike you mount it to needs to be a certain diameter in order for the rubber band to stay tight. It mounts perfectly on the seat post as a rear safety light, but I have been unable to find another place on my bike where it will mount functionally. Unfortunately for me, as a daily bike commuter, my rear trunk bag blocks the light when it is mounted on the seat post. This light is great but I wouldn't recommend it if you use a rear trunk bag.

I have used this rear light for the past 3 months and I must say I am fairly impressed at the design. It is aesthetically pleasing and functional. The light is bright enough to be seen even as the sun comes up and at dusk. It has many interesting light patterns. My only complaint is the buckle, it has a tendency to scratch the bike since I have to remove it after every ride, also the buckle has a tendency to come off.

I'm very pleased with this Knog light. Great variable flashing modes. Decent battery life. I love that it's rechargeable. It's perfect for mounting on back of helmet for additional safety at night. Silicone strap is very stretchy. I guess my only complaint about it could be the buckle itself, but it hasn't given me any trouble yet. Knog uses responsible packaging too !

The light would not always turn on, a lock-out anomaly. (To unlock it, momentarily plug the light into a USB charger.) I returned it to REI after being locked out on the road, twice. I did not get another one.

I also disliked the heavy, clumsy metal clip attachment.
