The arch is perfect, I put true to size because I wouldnt consider it a high arch, but its not average. I have issues with pronation and my knee pain associated with such is less active when I train in these. These are very light, but durable. I jump, run, climb, etc and these are easy to wear. I love ASICS because the support and durability they offer, this product def provides both.
