I use this as a running jacket. It's not a heavy weight yet it does keep you warm. I'm comfortable in 30 degree weather with a long sleeve shirt underneath after I've been running a little bit. Great interior media pocket fits small or large phones and it has a port for the headphone wire. The sizing is good although the waistband is not roomy. Very comfortable arm motion, it doesn't constrict or bind in any way.
