Comments about Trigger Point Performance Grid 2.0 Foam Roller:
This roller is great for working out knots tired/soar muscles, and loosening a stiff back. The different style grooves give you a lot of variation in rolling out muscles.

Comments about Trigger Point Performance Grid 2.0 Foam Roller:
I took a class in using foam rollers and received many useful ways to release muscle tension. It may be painful at first, but if you keep using it, it becomes an addiction- it feels so good and works deep into the muscle tissue better than most massages, yet is easy to do yourself. It is both a good core body workout and a massage in one. It is my favorite thing.

Comments about Trigger Point Performance Grid 2.0 Foam Roller:
This gadget comes with the most rudimentary information on how to use it. The buyer has to buy a series of CDs (really, what happened to immediate download on the internet?) that almost doubles the cost of this roller. You can look on Youtube for a few videos. The manufacturer's website doesn't have much useful information - you have to buy the CDs. Included with the roller are advertisements for other gadgets made by the manufacturer. Really, selling a product without instructions, then selling the instructions separately. Poor business model. There are other less expensive options to consider.
