The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Nite Ize HipClip Phone Pocket Clip:
I have laways been happy with Nite Ize products, and this seemed to fit my needs, so I picked a couple up. One went on my multitool, and one went on the back of my cell phone case. The Hipclip on my multitool is PERFECT! Not that it is supposed to perform some amazing feat, but it does work just as advertised. The Multitool is a Gerber Balance which doesn't come with a belt sheath, and when I dropped it in my pocket, it felt like I had a 10 pound weight in there. Now with the Hipclip, it has made an ok multitool great in my opnion.
Performance on my cell phone case is good, but not great. To clarify, I believe this is only because it is on a rubber case. The case (also a Nite Ize) is rubber (or rubber like) product which has some give in it. Several times, when trying to clip the case in my pocket, the clip has caught on the bit of metal that extends past the adhesive. This causes the clip to start to pull away from the case. After doing this a few times, I just have to make surethat Itry and open up the clip some before sliding it in my pocket. I guess the up side is that the clip is tight enough that I would never have to worry about it accidentally pulling off.
To be fair, the directions say that the adhesive works best on a hard surface. Since the ribber has some give, I believe this is why the adhesive has given me a couple issues. All in all, a great product for a great price. Time to get one for my other multitool.
