The arm length actually fits my extra long arms but might be too long for some. I love the feel of the jacket. I have warn it running and walking my dog so far and the little zipper pocket in the back is perfect to keep my car key.

I love this jacket for cycling. The shell front keeps the rain and wind out. Water will soak in during heavy rain, but it doesn't seem to penetrate. It's well ventilated so a good alternative to waterproof shells that trap moisture.
I did find using it on the boat that my upper back gets cold, so I make sure to add a layer when there's a chance I'll be standing around in the cold.
I tried on the small at the store and it was too tight across the chest (I usually wear a medium top). I ordered the medium and it feels a little big, but I'm still super happy with it.
