These boots receive lots of compliments for their good looks! They are very warm, and can get sweaty when have to go into places that are warm, like shopping. They have excellent traction and ankle support which I love! On the other hand, they were really hard to pull on at first, as the back must open against the elastic which holds it in place. Also, I have hammertoes on one foot and they are a bit "flat" on the top of the toe area, so that can be uncomfortable when wearing for extended periods, with walking. It seems this may ease up after I have had them longer...I have had them for less than a week.If you have no problems with hammertoes, the toe area should be great. I also have a bunion on that foot, but that is not bothered. Would I recommend them: yes, especially if you have no hammertoes Yes, if you want stability and traction adn warmth! Also they are true to size. I will not return them either, as the bit of discomfort is very much outweighed by the advantages!
Feels true to size
Feels true to width
