    I used this on four rides. Only one did it do what is was supposed to. Two out of four I had water bottles bounce out (more than once), mind you I was on a paved trail/road on a tri bike. The last time I used it was during an event and the roads were rough. The entire piece came off while I was at speed. The good news, the cages and mounting system held together well enough for me to return for a full refund.

      good to go. I have had one thin walled plastic water bottle that got a leak in the bottom of the bottle after 200 mi. but it works great if you have a ok bottle.
