    • Specialized ski/hike mechanism frees the upper cuff from the lower part of the boot and offers enough movement for comfortable hikes to untouched stashes
    • When you're ready to ski, the cuffs lock directly into the lower shell to maximize power transmission on the descent
    • Innovative V-shaped lower shell and magnesium backbone virtually eliminate flex when backbone is engaged

      I use the boots for recreational skiing. They are more comfortable than any boot I've ever used. The ski/hike switch works as it should and is very useful when hiking to untracked pow or just walking to and from your car (just make sure you remember to switch it back to ski before you bomb a groomer or hit a big cliff/cornice).
