      I have only used these boots once. The comments about fit and ease on donning/shucking are tentative, and I bet they'll change after another dozen or so uses. However, the size and structural soundness are right on target.

      Service and delivery comments:

      I did not have these delivered; I bought them and took them in the store. Customer service was very skillful. The lady who helped me try on various boots was patient in measuring and in teaching me how to test/identify the feel of a new ski boot. The guy who heat-treated my boots took care of it easily and was straightforward in explaining how I should wear them to fit.
