by fromToo fast! Very nice beginner binding...two problems 1) they take a bit t get used to the adjustment. I felt like it was either too tight, or too loose at any point in time. But, the "power triangle" comes into play when playing on your heel edge, so the loose (but snug) feel I went with was still responsive enough to rip down the mountain. 2) if your friends don't have flows, you'll end up waiting on them anyway, so speed goes out the window. Definitely not a bad thing really. I was to the point where I had my board strapped up ready to go without ever slowing down coming off the lift. We're talking ski speed. Make your friends buy flows, and that problems solved ;) If I had to give one tip, it'd be to make sure you clean excess snow off the baseplate. It makes all the difference in whether or not your foot will go as far forward as it needs to or not. All and all, great binding!
