The Princeton Tec Apex® Rechargeable LED headlamp is the light you want for long adventures. It comes with a rechargeable battery pack that provides plenty of power to get you through the night.

Features a high-output Maxbright LED for intense, long-range spot lighting; 4 Ultrabright 5mm LEDs combine to provide wide-angle, close-in lighting
Includes 4 brightness levels and an emergency strobe; dual switch design allows easy access to all 5 modes
Lithium-ion rechargeable battery pack provides up to 90 hrs. of use of the 5mm LEDs on low and 5 hrs. of use of the Maxbright LED on high
Switch the Maxbright LED to low and you'll get 18 hrs. of use before you need to recharge
To recharge the battery, attach the included USB cable to the battery pack and plug the USB cable into a suitable USB power source (sold separately)
Battery can be recharged from a solar panel or wall charger (sold separately); Princton Tec recommends a charger with a minimum output of 5 volts, 1 amp
Headlamp outputs 200 lumens and throws light up to 96m on high to light up the trail ahead
Power-regulated circuit board ensures consistent lighting levels throughout the life of the battery
Heat-regulating technology prevents light from getting too hot
3-strap headband holds light in place; battery pack can be worn on the headband or you can use the included 42 in. extension cord to keep the battery in a jacket pocket
Battery power meter lets you know when you need to recharge
High-grade materials ensure durability and strong resistance to weather and environmental conditions; IPX7 rating ensures protection against water down to 1m for up to 30 min.

I have used this lamp from winter packing to summer camping and being an electrican at work in ceilings and I would have no other head lamp . Fast recharge. Well worth the price .
