The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about The North Face Warm Zip-T Neck Top - Men's:
Flashdry works! This top is suprisingly warm, but fairly self regulating in a range of temps, because you do not STAY wet while exerting. I especially like this top in combo with a super-breathing shell, I can vouch only for how well it works with Neoshell, which is awesome, but I assume the other variations are similar. The breathable laminates usually don't work well if you sweat a lot during high exertion, which I do, but with this Flashdry top pumping out the moisture, its a whole new level of comfort. I have also used it by itself, which is amazing how fast it dries, and under various combos of fleece thickness in very cold dry weather. I just did mt WA and with that relentlessly vertical trail I am usually soaked the rest of the day...not so with this top.
I really like the Zip T-neck, which adds a lot of adjustment for temp and exertion ventilation or insulation. Its just a downright comfortable top. The large fits my 195lb 5'11" wide-shouldered frame nicely without being skin tight. (at age 60, I am past "skin tight" looking good)
I read one review mentioning that this top "runs and snags easily", which is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I am just making sure I wear something over it, if I am bushwhacking or pushing through a thorny/snaggy overgrown trail.I could see its structure snagging easily. No problems for me personally, so far.
I will probably get the lighter one for cool but not cold seasons in the Northwest.
Buy this thing if you can appreciate comfort while hiking or whatever. Stick with your wicking sponge if you feel its not right to be perfectly comfortable in the Wilds.
