Great boots, just too narrow. would love to be using them right now.

Service and delivery comments:

Tried to return them and the employee at the REI was rude and snide. I will never enter another REI again, and will only shop online. I was hoping to return them locally to see if we could exchange or alter the boot to make it fit, but the poor service made me just want to return and run.
