Comments about MUK LUKS Marled Texture Stripe Boots - Women's - 2011 Closeout:
I went online for a boot to wear New Orleans at Christmas time:
Fit - Found this one reduced but it only came in half sizes and I wear a 71/2. Gambled on the 7 figuring the stretchy sweater material would be forgiving . It fits just fine.
Feel -The sweater topping hugs my not-skinny calves nicely and for a different look... scrunches down well below calf for a completely different look. Hear me ya'll...packing 1 boot = 2 very different fashion looks.
Sole -Thin-looking but offers a solid feel ...even walking around the ever damp sidewalks of New Orleans. While indoors, the sole was as comfy as a pair of house slippers.
Color - The crimson red is a brick hue therefore neutral enough to wear as easily as you would a brown/tan boot.
A practical yet fashionable purchase and if there was a 2nd color option I would order it...in time to head back home for Mardi Gras.
