Let me start by saying that I'm not a big fan of Uggs, however my 14 year old daughter is. I think they are overpriced and cheaply made. She doesn't care about either one of those things and I have to say they are really cute with skinny jeans or leggings. She doesn't wear them out in the rain and takes good care of them so I'm hoping they will last longer than the ones she has had in the past. She would rate these boots 5 stars and I would rate them 3 stars for the reasons I listed above. I hope that helps
