The Sierra Designs DriDown Tov woman's jacket offers the warmth of a traditional puffy down jacket but with new DriDown insulation that stays lofted, dry and warm even if the down contacts dampness.

Insulated with 600-fill-power DriDown hydrophobic down insulation, the Tov outperforms standard down by taking the chill out of the coldest, dampest days
Regular down is treated with a molecular-level polymer to create a hydrophobic finish on each individual down plume
DriDown stays dry longer, lofts better and dries faster than regular down to keep you warm in any environment
Additionally, DriDown keeps rain, sweat or melting snow from soaking in and allows internal moisture to easily escape
Baffle construction keeps the down from migrating, eliminating cold spots; hung lining enhances warmth
Fitted, adjustable elasticized hood and elasticized cuffs with thumbholes seal in warmth
Stormflap behind the full-length front zipper keeps breezes out; chin guard protects sensitive skin
Jacket has 2 zip hand pockets; includes1 interior zip pocket and a mesh drop-in pocket
Sierra Designs DriDown Tov jacket comes with a stuff sack for easy packing

I love my new puffa down jacket, its so comfortable with or without layers underneath. It's just the right length for me too! It's perfect for southern California living, perhaps going a walk along the beach, when it sometimes gets cool around sunset and chilly at night in the winter. I haven't tried it in the rain yet, but I do plan to try it out in Scotland.....will keep ya posted!

I was so excited about this jacket. My old puffy finally wore out after 10+ years and I'd been excited about the new dri-down coming out. This jacket has everything going for it: light weight, hood (with adjustment strap), good pockets, long sleeves with thumb loops for hand coverage, dual direction zippers (great to unzip from the bottom when belaying). The only problem is that the massive and continual feather loss out weighs all these pros. I had to return it after one weekend. My car seat was covered in feathers, the layers I wore under and over it were covered in feathers, my tent was full of feathers. I hope they can fix this problem because this would be a GREAT jacket otherwise.

My favorite winter jacket. Needed something to keep the chill out. This was the ticket. Keeps me warm without being too hot. Lightweight and a fun color. Like the idea of the dry down that is much needed in the Seattle drizzle although have not used it that way yet.
