I purchased the small and it fits my 5'5", 120 lb body perfectly.
I've read that some feel the sleeves could be longer, but I think the sleeves are the right length. I can move freely when the thumb holes are not in use. When the thumb holes are in use, they work correctly for keeping my hands partially covered and the sleeves from riding up. It's designed correctly for running and walking.
The half-zip unzips down to mid-chest, which is perfect. It's lined inside for comfort and protection from the zipper. The body hits just below my hips. There's a small zipper pocket on the left side perfect for a key and ID or a small iPod.
This is exactly what I was looking for as a cool/cold weather running top on its own or as a base layer.
