    I bought these mittens for my wife as a Christmas gift, thinking she would appreciate a nice new pair of mittens for work. (Part of her job entails playground duty at school.) She wore them a couple of times and said that they did not keep her hands warm at all. She felt like they did not have much insulation.

    I bought these gloves in my local store. I always dread the hassle of returning stuff. This return was simple and flawless. Some of the best service in the industry!

      My fingers have always frozen when I ski. I tried several different gloves, but always ended up pulling my fingers out of the holes to take advantage of the shared warmth. Finally my husband bought me this pair of mittens and I have been much more comfortable. My hands still get a little cold on very cold days, but that's not the mitten's fault. I wouldn't want to go any bulkier, these are a perfect weight for most trips.
