Ok but tight fit

Comments about Salomon Nova III Soft-Shell Jacket - Men's:

I bought this jacket for 2 usages:

1)underneath layer for downhill skiing
2)Jacket for chilling outside under temperature range of 35F-50F (with long sleeves under)

First I was disappointed, I have previous salomon jacket I wear XL and I'm comfortable.
But this jacket on XL will run tight, not on the belly but really on the shoulder, under the arm pit, biceps (and no I am not muscle man). And I was only wearing a T-Shirt.
I was so tight in it that I thought it was a women jacket at first...

Inside Liner is comfortable !

Secondly, I use it for temp of 35-50F and it was not really hot (even at 50F).

Finally, at this price you can find a better product and get a higher performance jacket.

This jacket is perfect if :

- You have a smaller shape
- Use it for hi intensity activities (Cross skiing or running outside)

Not good for :
- Normal to big shape
- Everyday jacket to hang out

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
