by Run for FunfromChanges from last modelI almost sent these back, and I am still not sure I will love them, but I am trying to break them in. I have a pair of Kinvara 2's that I absolutely love, and the 2's seem to be a better shoe for me. These 3's have a higher back piece, so they hit me behind the ankle in a weird spot. But I like the weight of them - they provide a good amount of contact with the ground, they are very flexible, and they are not obtrusive, like some of the stiffer running shoes.

by LGaitanfromGreat ShoeThese are great for road running. They're a good intro to "barefoot" style running shoes. I got them to start transitioning away from traditional running shoes and think I'm staying with them for a while. They're really light and they breathe a lot.

by melliefarrellfromMy favorite shoe in the closet!Since I was given Kinvaras about a year or two ago, these have been my go to shoes for runs. I do longer distances, marathons, ultramarathons, and these shoes are by far the most comfortable ones yet. Since they are minimalist shoes, there isn't much cushioning, but as lightweight shoes go they are pretty darn comfy!
I ran two 30 mile races in them, no problem and feet felt great. I have currently moved to Kinvara 3 since the 2's are no longer....sadness. I look forward to the Kinvara 4 coming soon. You know what that means? SALE TIME!!
