        Every once in a while I get caught biking in the rain, and a pair of rain pants stashed in a pannier can save the day. I was carrying the Cannondale Morphis pants with me today. It's only the third time I've had to use them. Sadly, they did not hold up to the call of duty, and ripped in the thigh midway through the ride. I couldn't say what caused the rip. I just looked down and saw a hole that wasn't there before I started my ride. For something that is supposed to hold up in bad weather, I was disappointed.
