      This is a sturdy, comfortable shoe for the gym and getting around. A lower profile shoe from Asics, it is more agreeable as a trainer for the gym than for running. I quit running in Asics a while back because of the weight, but their shoes last a long time.

        I really like these shoes now, although they did take a little while to get used to the loose fit around my ankles. After playing with the laces for a while I have found how to get them to fit just right and really enjoy these shoes.
