    I weight about 205 lbs. and run about 20 miles a week. I need something that is light and yet has excellent cushioning. The Asics Gel Nimbus line perfectly fits the bill. I owned a pair of the Nimbus 11 and now the 14s. I love them both, but the 14 is even a little bit lighter. I recently ran a half marathon in them and they felt great. I would highly recommend these shoes for running or even just as a really comfortable shoe to wear around, especially if you weight over 200 lbs.
