Comments about Columbia Chiliwack Shell Pants - Men's:
I bought these pants at the last minute before a ski trip to Sun Valley, ID and was pleasantly surprised by their performance. I had plenty of flexibility to get in a wide stance and lean into the mountain, and I never overheated.
The length was fine while in my ski boots, but they were definitely too long to wear casually over sneakers at the bar afterwards. The waist fit well, though. I've only gotten a couple days on the hill with them so far, so I can't speak to their durability, but so far so good.

Comments about Columbia Chiliwack Shell Pants - Men's:
This was my first time snowboarding, but these pants were great. These pants kept me warm, especially after my numerous falls. I'm usually a 32x30 so I default to medium to give myself some room, but after I tried the M in store, I ended up buying the S. Even with under armour underneath, these pants were still bigger than you would expect. If you choose to buy these pants, I recommend trying them on in store before your purchase because they are much longer and wider than other pants from competitor brands.
Comments about Columbia Chiliwack Shell Pants - Men's:
The quality is about what you'd expect for pants at this price. They seem like they'd work well for a day's skiing at a tame resort, but I wouldn't trust their construction farther than that. For the price, that's acceptable. The disappointing thing that means I'll be returning these pants is that they are at least 4" longer than advertised. A 32" inseam would be a little long for me, but I can live with that. I can't live with pants that are several inches past my toes, and that I measured as 36".
