      I went into REI looking for a comfortable casual shoe. Originally thinking of going with a pair of Olukai shoes, my preference quickly shifted to the Merrells. The shoes are very lightweight, sturdy, and comfortable. I really like how close they are to the ground, a perfect complement to vibram five fingers.

      My only issue with the shoes is that the laces began falling apart within a week. I've had them now for a month and the laces are begging to be replaced... completely falling apart.

      I got these shoes a few month ago, and I love them. Super comfy, and I can wear them all day (14+ hours) without any foot pain. I love the minimalist shoe and these are stylish enough to wear to work, but feel like I'm still wearing slippers. The only negative is that they are slippery on smooth wet surfaces, but it doesn't rain that much in southern CA, so it's not a big issue for me. I have really wide feet, and have sizing issue with most shoes, but not these. Like their name, they fit like a glove and are now my favorite and go to shoe.

        I wanted to find a boot that wasn't too heavy and easy to slip on. This shoe is the lightest and coziest boot I have ever worn. They are flexible, light, and have just enough support to shield your foot on hikes. The material on each side of the boot stretches so you can just slip the shoe on and off without tying/untying all the time. Get this boot.
