      Solid choice for down hill skiing. Used this during spring skiing at Deer Valley. Weather was very mixed between snow and rain. Shell did its job and kept me warm and dry. Purchased this item on sale.

        I am a big fan of low profile (limited bulk) setup when skiing/snowboarding and this jacket does the trick. I wear one base layer and throw this over in many occasions/activites ranging from 35-0 degrees Farenheit. Runs truer to a typical snowboarding jacket size (slighter larger). In my opinion you get exactly what you pay for with this Jacket. (Used @ Snoqualmie Pass in Washington and Whistler/Blackcomb)
