    Used it a few times in AZ and noticed it helped with wind but did let some air in which turned out to be good because it helped cool me down. I recently moved to Seattle and have used it a few times up here when I ran and was great against light rain (haven't tried it in heavy rain yet). I'm very happy with this jacket.
