      I put off writing this because I wanted to include things I don't like--but can't find any. It's warm, light weight, packs into a 5 liter stuff bag. The zipper goes far enough up to close the hood around my chin/jaw line. I sometimes wear a light fleece under it for extra warmth and other times I wear a light shell over it for wind protection--haven't had an opportunity to test it in the rain or snow.

          Great, lightweight jacket that is extremely comfortable and warm. I was in need of a winter jacket and bought this because it was on sale. Very happy with the decision. I've been outside in the snow a lot with it and don't have any complaints.

            Even though it's not that cold out yet, I can tell the jacket is going to be very warm. Went walking the other night in lower 30's with just a t-shirt on underneath, and I was toasty. It's very comfortable and feels poofy, yet it's not billowy or constrictive.

            The only thing I would change is that I'd add an adjustment strap to tighten the hood around your face, however this is a preference so if you don't care about it then you probably won't have much else to worry about.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
