Right when I got this jacket I loved it, it was a good level of warm for what I needed and it is awesome for layering with a small fleece and whatnot. Somewhat water resistant and great for snow. The packing-into-a-travel-pillow part is really nice as well, went on a 15 hour road trip a few weeks ago and it came in handy A LOT.
Two things I noticed are the arms are a bit short and the chest is a bit constricting. I have long arms for my height so I didn't think too much of that but the chest part was a little annoying - I was afraid of ripping it if I did anything too strenuous.
I will, unfortunately be returning this jacket because when I recently washed it for the first time it came out with one big hole and a few other small messed up spots. I followed the washing instructions on the tag so I don't know how this happened, could be a fluke or something but either way I have to return it.

This is a solid insulated jacket and it is nice to get one with a hood at this price point. It is very light and I have worn it in 16 degree windchill weather and was very comfortable with a t-shirt and light fleece beneath it.
A couple of small drawbacks: The shoulders seem a little tight and the sleeves a little short in comparison to the chest fit and length, which are both true to size. Not enough to be a big problem, but I do find the sleeves rising up my arms more than I would like when reaching above my head. My only other gripe is that the hood has no adjustments whatsoever. It would be nice to be able to synch it as needed.
The unique neck pillow feature is nice. A discrete zipper located on the inside of the jacket, near your lower back, reveals a neck-pillow shaped container that is very soft and comfortable. It takes a little practice to get the jacket stuffed evenly into this form but once you do I could see myself enjoying this on future flights. I wish that I had this jacket for a trip to Peru a few years ago.

The neck pillow is brilliant! Very warm for how light it is. Everytime i run or bike it gets a bit too hot so this is my jacket for cold weather at night. In cold snow conditions it might be a little too light but other than that i wear it indoors and outdoors.
